Creators can now access detailed quiz-level performance data for individual learners directly from the Insights tab. This enhancement is available in both Course Insights and Collection Insights, giving you a deeper understanding of learner progress and assessment outcomes.

This article explains how to access detailed quiz results, what information is included, and how to export results when needed.

Note: this is only available on our Paid plans as our Free plan doesn't have access to Individual usage in Insights.

What’s new?

You can now view:

  • A learner’s quiz score summary

  • A detailed, per-question breakdown of any attempt

  • A complete history of multiple attempts

  • An export of all quiz attempts for a learner

Accessing Detailed Quiz Results

  1. Navigate to Course Insights or Collection Insights.

  2. Select a learner who has attempted at least one quiz.

  3. In the quiz row, you’ll see a Details button next to the learner’s score.

  4. Click Details to open the full quiz results panel.

A breadcrumb link at the top of the page allows you to easily return to the previous view.

Viewing multiple attempts

If a learner has attempted the quiz more than once, a dropdown menu will appear at the top of the quiz details panel.

  • The dropdown lists all attempts, with the most recent attempt pinned to the top.

  • Choosing a different attempt refreshes the panel to show the detailed results for that specific attempt.

  • If only one attempt exists, the dropdown is hidden.

This makes it easy to compare progress over time or review changes in performance across attempts.

Exporting Quiz results

Click the Export button to download a file containing all quiz attempts made by the learner.

The export includes:

  • Attempt dates

  • Scores

  • Per-question performance

  • Attempt numbering / ordering

This is useful for audit trails, coaching conversations, compliance requirements, or offline review.
