We’re proud to announce that Coassemble is officially SOC 2 compliant—a big milestone in our ongoing commitment to data security and customer trust.

What is SOC 2 compliance?

SOC 2 (System and Organization Controls 2) is a rigorous auditing standard developed by the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA). It assesses how well a company manages customer data based on five “trust service criteria”:

  • Security

  • Availability

  • Processing integrity

  • Confidentiality

  • Privacy.

Becoming SOC 2 compliant means we’ve implemented and maintained strict controls to protect your data, and we’ve passed a third-party audit to prove it.

Why does SOC 2 compliance matter?

When you’re building or delivering courses on Coassemble, you’re trusting us with important data—your content, your learners’ information, and your business insights. SOC 2 compliance gives you the reassurance that we take this responsibility seriously.

Here’s what it means in practice:

  • Your data is protected with strong access controls, encryption, and monitoring systems.

  • Our systems are reliable, with protocols in place to maintain uptime and recover quickly from incidents.

  • We’ve been independently audited to verify our internal policies, security practices, and infrastructure.

What does this mean for you?

  • You can confidently use Coassemble for sensitive or compliance-related training (e.g., in industries like finance, health, education, and HR tech).

  • Your stakeholders, legal teams, or data protection officers can rest easier knowing we meet industry-standard requirements for data security.

  • Our commitment to security doesn’t stop here—SOC 2 is part of a broader strategy to continually improve our platform’s resilience and transparency.
