Our image library makes it easy to save all your assets in a central location when building your courses. This makes it super easy to store any branded photography or graphics for reuse across multiple courses.

It’s important to note that any image you upload to a course, or any image that you use from Unsplash or GIPHY will be automatically added to this repository.

How do I access the image library?

Step 1: When you’re within a course, select ‘Design’.

Step 2: Navigate to ‘Image library’ on the left hand side.

Step 3: Select ‘Upload files’ and locate your image files on your device. You can upload multiple images at once.

What are the other benefits of the image library?

  • You can add a title and tags to help when searching for images, or for recommended images

  • You can add default alt text, so that you don’t need to do this every time it is used.

How do I delete images from my image library?

If you’d like to delete a single image, hover over the image and select the three dots. You can then click ‘Delete’.

If you’re looking to delete multiple images, hover over each image and tick the unmarked checkbox that appears over your image. Once you have selected all the images you’d like to delete, select ‘Delete’ in the bottom right of your screen.

Before permanently deleting your images, you will be presented with a warning message. Select ‘Delete’ again to permanently delete the image from your library. Warning: this action cannot be reversed.

What image formats does Coassemble support
