Active Users? / What counts as a user?

Active Users refers to the total number of users who have logged into your Coassemble account during a calendar month (this includes all user types including learners).

What if I have more than 1000 Users?

No problem! We are able to accommodate organizations of all shapes and sizes to mold a Coassemble plan that fits your organization. We offer Add-On Packs to boost the size of your account. Talk to a Sales Rep today to find out which plan and Add-Ons fit best.

Does this include hosting and updates?

Coassemble is cloud based which means your entire LMS and course content is hosted on our robust infrastructure. We are always striving to improve the Coassemble platform and all associated updates and improvements will be released into your account. No IT knowledge or team required.

I can't use a credit card, can I pay for Coassemble another way?

Sure reach out and let us know and we can send through an invoice that you can pay through your preferred payment method. (No cheques accepted)

What happens to my content if I stop paying for Coassemble?

What you create in Coassemble is always yours... We retain all content, data & settings in your Workspace forever. To access content, a paid account is required. Remember, we are flexible, if special circumstances exist, please contact support@coassemble.com to discuss.

Is there a cost for selling my course?

If you need eCommerce, we can help you to set up an integration via Zapier. You must have a plan that allows integrations to use this feature. Reach out to our team and we will have you up and running selling courses quickly and professionally.
