How do I access the insights for my course?
1 — Open the insights modal
Select ‘Insights’ under the course card on your dashboard. By default, when opening the insights modal, you'll land directly on the Link insights tab.
2 — Navigate to the 'Scorm Usage' tab
To access SCORM usage insights, you will need to navigate to the 'SCORM Usage' tab.
What insights are available?
There are 2 key sections available for analysing SCORM usage for a course, all of which display information over a specific time frame. By default, insights are only displayed for the last 7 days, but can be easily changed to reflect any date range you choose. Simply click the date picker to open the date range pop-up. Here, you can select from various presets or opt for a custom date range.
Views and Host location information
For courses exported as SCORM you can see the number of unique views of your SCORM object, plus the number of unique locations your SCORM object is hosted on.
Unique usage
You can also drill down into the individual usage. This is particularly useful if you are a freelancer who is charging per unique access.
