Deleting courses
If you’re looking to clean up your workspace, you might want to delete a course or two. A word of warning: this action cannot be undone.
To delete a course, follow these steps:
Step 1: Select the three dots underneath the course on your dashboard. Click ‘Delete’.
Step 2: Read the warning message, as this action cannot be reversed. If you are happy to delete your course, select ‘Delete’ again. It will then be removed from your workspace.
Duplicating courses
You might find yourself in a situation where you would like to make a copy of a course. Duplicating a course can be helpful for:
Version control. You need to make updates to your course but would like to keep the original copy.
Meeting the needs of different audiences. You might need to create different versions of the same course for different groups of people.
Creating a sample of a course. You might have a longer course, but would like to share a snippet as a marketing tool. In this case, you can duplicate the course and remove the extra screens to create a demo version.
Step 1: Select the three dots underneath the course on your dashboard. Click ‘Duplicate’.
Step 2: A copy of the course will appear on your dashboard with the words (Copy) after its title. You can then jump into the new copied course, and make any edits or updates that you wish.
