It’s super simple to share your course with a link using Coassemble. This method is available to all users. Let’s walk you through this process.

To open the Share modal, simply click the 'Share' button, located either on the course card within your dashboard or at the top of your screen while inside the course. This will reveal the course share modal.

There are 3 options to choose from when deciding who can view your course:

If you choose this option, anyone with access to the link will be able to view your course. Should you wish to track the audience of your course, this option provides you an additional option to prompt users to provide their email addresses upon accessing it.

This option allows you to maintain control over who can access your courses by limiting access solely to individuals you've personally added to the course. Once selected, you'll be prompted to add people. Click the 'Add people' to reveal a new screen with a field for adding the email addresses of the people you want to be able to access the course — you may add as many people as you like.

When you're ready, you can choose to optionally send an email invitation to the email addresses added. When selected, you'll be able to write a custom message message that will be sent along with a pre-authorised course link. When someone clicks the link in the email invitation, they will be provided immediate access to the course. If you don't use the email invitation, all people added will be required to verify their email address before accessing the course.

By selecting this option, no-one will be able to access the course. It will be disabled.
