Online training is often designed as a result of a collaborative process, bringing together subject matter experts, writers, learning designers or any other stakeholders. We’ve made it easy for you to work with collaborators by allowing you to invite other creators to your workspace on our Team or Business plans. Our Team plan allows you to have up to 3 creators in your Workspace, whereas our Business plan is great for larger teams, with up to 10 creators allowed.
You might choose to invite another creator into your workspace if your course has multiple content contributors, or if you have a creator who is purely responsible for sharing your training.
How do I add creators?
1 — Open the Settings modal
From your workspace dashboard, select the 'Settings' button in the top right hand corner of your screen. This will open the Settings modal.
2 — Navigate to the 'Creators' tab
By default, the Settings modal opens on the Profile tab. Click to the 'Creators' button to open the Creators tab.
3 — Invite creators
Click the 'Invite creators' button to type the email addresses of anyone you want to add into the input field.
4 — Review and send invitation
When you're ready, click the 'Send invite' button. This will send an email invitation to all email addresses you added. On receiving their invitation, they will be able to create an account to access your workspace.
What permissions do creators have?
Creators can create, edit, and share all courses in your workspace. They can also access all course insights. Creators cannot invite new creators, change your plan or payment details, configure allowlists, or access your workspace API key.
Deleting creators
What happens if I delete a creator?
When you delete a creator, they will no longer have access to your workspace.
Can I transfer ownership of my workspace?
At this stage, you are unable to transfer ownership of your workspace.
