Flow

Flow is Coassemble's free starting plan. You get unlimited creators and courses, AI course creation, and the ability to share courses anonymously by link, Slack or embed, with aggregate results. Recipients are anonymous only, so you see what happened, not who did it.

Flow is for getting training created and out into the world. You can build with AI and share widely, without paying. The trade-off is that Flow is anonymous only and aggregate only: it's built for reach and creation, not for knowing who did what.

What you can do on Flow

• Create without limits. Unlimited course creators and unlimited courses, the same as every plan.
• Build with AI. Generate a course from a prompt, transform a document, or convert a PowerPoint. Generate screens and quizzes as part of building a course. Add AI narration with standard voices.
• Add media. Pull images from Unsplash, GIFs from GIPHY, your own uploaded images, and record video with Loom.
• Share anywhere. Share by link, embed in tools like Notion and Confluence, and share to Slack. Anyone with the link can open it.
• See aggregate results. Course views, course sentiment, and progression funnel and completion rates at an aggregate level.

The limits on Flow

• Anonymous recipients only. Flow has no Identified Recipients, so you can see that activity happened but not tie it to named people. There's no per-person reporting and no CSV export.
• Monthly allowances. Up to 500 anonymous views per month. AI usage is capped at 5 image generation events and 20,000 narration tokens per month, with standard narration voices only.
• Coassemble branding stays on. The Coassemble badge is shown, and the finish screen button is always present and can't be disabled.
• Creation essentials only. Video upload, folders, collections, scored quizzes, AI content refinement, brand voice, custom themes, fonts and logo, and SCORM are not on Flow.

When to move up from Flow

The usual reason to upgrade is needing to know who took a course. That identity layer, along with per-person reporting, scored quizzes, your own branding and video upload, starts on Pulse. If you need collections, SCORM or domain locking, that's Hub, and if you're embedding Coassemble into your own product, that's the Embed plans.
