Managing account, workspace, and billing settings

What each area of the Coassemble settings panel does, and how to open it.

Your settings panel is where you manage your personal profile, workspace details, workspace notifications, members, plans and billing, usage limits, SCORM security, connections and MCP settings. API keys, webhooks, your API request log and per-client usage are in the Developer console, which you open by selecting Developer in the navigation. Here's what each area does and how to get there.

Open the settings panel

From your workspace, select Settings in the left-hand navigation (or click your profile icon). The panel opens with a section for each area of account and workspace management.

My account

View and manage your personal profile, such as your name and email address. You can edit your profile details, and delete your account where that option is available.

To change your email address, confirm it's you with your current password (or by signing in again), then click the link we send to the new address within 24 hours. Your email only changes once you do.

Workspace

  • Workspace details: view or change your workspace name. Depending on your permissions, this is also where you can permanently delete the workspace.
  • Workspace notifications: owners and admins can limit course started and course completed emails for everyone in the workspace.
  • Members: see everyone in your workspace and their role, and invite admins, creators or developers.
  • SCORM Allowlist: set a global allowlist of approved domains where your SCORM packages are allowed to be hosted.
  • Connections: connect your workspace to other tools, such as Slack. This is where owners and admins connect, manage, or remove integrations.
  • Plans and Billing: view your current plan, select Manage your plan to open the billing portal for invoices and payment details, or select Talk to us to change your plan.
  • Usage limits: see how much of your workspace allowances you've used.

Developer

  • API keys and webhooks: these are in the Developer console rather than Settings. Select Developer in the navigation, then the API keys or Webhooks tab. Only people with the Owner, Admin or Developer role see it.
  • MCP: create a connection so an AI assistant such as Claude can work with your workspace over the Model Context Protocol.

Brand Kit

The Brand Kit is available from the main workspace navigation, usually in the left-hand menu. Use it to control the look of your courses with shared branding assets like logos, themes, and an asset library.

Switching between workspaces

If you have access to more than one workspace, switch between them using the workspace name dropdown in the top-left corner of the app.
