Managing account, workspace, and billing settings

Your account settings panel is where you manage your personal profile, workspace details, creator access, billing, SCORM security, and integrations. Here's what each area does and how to get there.

Open the settings panel

From your workspace, select Settings in the left-hand navigation (or click your profile icon). The panel opens with tabs for each area of account and workspace management.

What you can manage

My account

View and manage your personal profile, such as your name and email address. You can edit your profile details, and delete your account where that option is available.

Workspace details

View or change your workspace name. Depending on your permissions and plan, this is also where you can permanently delete the workspace.

Creators

See who can create content in your workspace and invite more creators.

Plans and billing

View your current plan and available upgrades, compare plan pricing, toggle between monthly and yearly billing to compare prices, and select Upgrade to change your plan.

SCORM Allowlist

Set a global allowlist of approved domains where your SCORM packages are allowed to be hosted.

Connections

Connect your workspace to other tools, such as Slack. This is where owners and admins connect, manage, or remove integrations.

Brand Kit

The Brand Kit is available from the main workspace navigation, usually in the left-hand menu. Use it to control the look of your courses with shared branding assets like logos, themes, and an asset library.

Switching between workspaces

If you have access to more than one workspace, switch between them using the workspace name dropdown in the top-left corner of the app.
