If you run training in Docebo, you can build courses in Coassemble and deliver them there. Coassemble exports a standard SCORM package and Docebo accepts SCORM, so the two work together with completion tracked in Docebo.

Add a Coassemble course to Docebo

  1. In Coassemble, find your course and select Share underneath the course image.
  2. Select Export SCORM, choose your format (SCORM 1.2 is recommended), then download the .zip file.
  3. In Docebo, log in as an administrator, open the Admin Menu and select Central Repository. Docebo recommends uploading here first so the material can be reused across multiple courses.
  4. Select Add Training Material, choose SCORM, and upload the Coassemble .zip.
  5. Give the material a title and select Save Changes. You can then add it to your Docebo courses.

Dynamic and standalone packages

A Dynamic SCORM package keeps a live connection to Coassemble, so changes you publish in Coassemble flow through to the version in Docebo without re-uploading. This is the standard export and what you'll use in almost every case.

A standalone package is static and runs with no connection back to Coassemble, which suits an air-gapped environment or content that has to keep working independently. Standalone SCORM is arranged by negotiation, so talk to the Coassemble team if you need it, and expect to re-upload it in Docebo whenever the content changes.
