Partner

What the Partner plan includes, who it's for, and how negotiated allowances and terms work.

Partner is Coassemble's top, fully negotiated plan, for organisations running Coassemble as core infrastructure. It includes everything on the plans below it, then adds the infrastructure and commercial terms partners need: dedicated or region-locked servers, self-hosting, a full MSA, and a dedicated partnership team. Allowances are negotiated.

Who is Partner for?

Partners embedding Coassemble deeply into their own platform, where the conversation is as much about hosting, security and commercial terms as it is about features. If you need control over where and how Coassemble runs (data residency, dedicated or self-hosted infrastructure, negotiated legal terms) and a hands-on relationship with a dedicated team, that's Partner.

What Partner adds

  • The full API surface as standard: GDPR delete endpoints, the Translations API, the Themes API, and visual theming on embeddables all come included.
  • Standalone SCORM generation by API: available on Partner by negotiation, so raise it in your partnership conversation.
  • Dedicated and region-locked servers: run on a dedicated server, or a region-locked server in the EU, US or APAC for data residency requirements. The Controlled Release server option, with dev and test environments alongside, is also available.
  • Self-hosting: host the deployment yourself, available on request. On self-hosted deployments you provide your own AI keys, so narration and image generation aren't metered by Coassemble and only the commercial terms of your agreement apply.
  • Full legal negotiation: a full MSA negotiated end to end, with the DPA folded into it.
  • A dedicated partnership team: dedicated account management, dedicated technical management, and go-to-market support.

Usage allowances

Partner allowances are negotiated as part of the agreement. Identified Recipients (IRs), Anonymous Recipients (ARs), AI narration tokens and image generation events are all set as negotiated guidelines for your partnership rather than fixed plan figures, with AI allowances starting from the highest levels available below Partner. The figures set on your account are shown under Settings > Usage limits.

AI allowances are hard capped: when narration tokens or image generation events reach 100%, generation stops for the rest of the month and starts again at the next reset. If your recipient numbers grow past your agreement, we'll reach out for a conversation about resizing. There's no automatic overage billing.

How do I get Partner?

Partner is a fully negotiated agreement, so it always starts with a conversation with the Coassemble team. Pricing starts from the entry point on the Coassemble pricing page and is built around your infrastructure, usage and terms.
