The three levels of branding: theming your courses, removing the Coassemble badge, and running the whole experience as your own product.

Branding in Coassemble runs along a spectrum. Most creators start by branding their courses with a logo and theme. From there you can remove Coassemble's branding so courses carry only yours, and if you deliver Coassemble inside your own product or platform you can white-label the entire experience.

Brand your courses

Give your courses a consistent, on-brand look:

  • Logo: add your logo, which appears in the learner header during playback. Save several variants so the right one is always to hand.
  • Themes: apply a theme that sets the colour palette and typography, then save and reuse it across courses.
  • Fonts: choose from the Google Fonts list or upload your own font files (WOFF, WOFF2, TTF, OTF). In the new builder you can also set a font on a single heading or paragraph from its own toolbar, outside the theme's set, with a one-click reset back to the theme font.
  • Cover images: set a custom cover image that shows in the course library and on the start screen.

Remove Coassemble branding

You can turn off the Coassemble badge so the courses you share carry only your own branding, with no Coassemble logo on the delivered or embedded experience.

This is available on all current plans, but not on the legacy Flow plan, where the badge stays on and the finish screen button can't be switched off.

Fully white-label inside your own product

If you deliver Coassemble inside your own product or platform, you can present it entirely as your own:

  • No Coassemble branding by default. Coassemble's name and logo aren't shown in the creation or learner experience.
  • Your surrounding interface. The shell around the builder, the navigation, header and overall UI, is yours to design, so it feels native to your product.
  • Your domain. The experience is served from your own product and domain rather than a Coassemble URL.
  • Branding per customer. If you serve multiple tenants, theme and brand each one separately so every customer sees their own identity. Per-tenant visual theming on embeddables is a separate capability that isn't included on every plan, so check what your agreement covers before promising it.

Can I add my own logo and colours to a course?

Yes. Add your logo and apply a theme that sets your colours and fonts, and reuse it across courses for a consistent look.

Can I use a font that isn't on the Google Fonts list?

Yes. Upload your own font files in the Brand kit while setting a theme's fonts. In the new builder, an individual heading or paragraph can also take a font outside the theme set.

Can I remove Coassemble's branding?

Yes. Turn off the Coassemble badge and courses show only your branding. It's available on all current plans, but not on the legacy Flow plan.

Can different customers have their own branding?

Yes, if you deliver Coassemble inside your own product. Theme and brand each tenant separately so they each see their own identity.
