How to bring Coassemble results together across courses: CSV export, the tracking API, or a connected AI assistant.
Coassemble shows results through Insights on each course and collection, and you can export that data as a CSV. If you want a single custom dashboard across everything, you can build your own using the API, or connect an AI assistant over MCP and ask it to pull the picture together for you.
Coassemble gives you results per course and per collection through Insights, covering views, completion, drop-off, sentiment and per-person activity. There isn't a single built-in dashboard that rolls every course up into one view, but there are three good ways to get your results into the shape you want: export the data, pull it through the API and build your own dashboard, or ask a connected AI assistant.
Export your results as a CSV
From the Insights view you can download the data as a CSV for the date range you've selected. Open it in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers or anything that reads CSV, and you can combine results from different courses, build your own charts, or keep records for audit and compliance. This is the quickest way to get a broader view across your training without writing any code.
Build your own dashboard with the API
If you want a live, custom dashboard rather than a one-off export, you can build one on the Coassemble API. The tracking API gives you the underlying views, progress, completion and quiz data, so you can pull results into your own reporting tool, BI dashboard or internal app and present them however suits you, including across many courses at once.
Ask a connected AI assistant
You can connect an AI assistant such as Claude to your workspace over MCP (the Model Context Protocol) and ask it about your results directly. Create a connection in your Settings, add the connection URL to your assistant, and sign in once to authorise it. It can then read course and screen level analytics, so you can ask which courses are completing, where people are dropping off, or how a quiz is scoring, and get an answer across several courses without opening each report yourself.
This suits questions and one-off pulls. For results flowing into another system automatically and on a schedule, use the tracking API or webhooks.
