Requesting a password reset link

Introduction

This article explains how to start the password reset process by requesting a reset link.

Steps

1. On the password entry (login) screen, click the Forgot password? link.
2. A pop-up window titled Forgot your password? will appear.
3. In the Enter your email address field, type the email associated with your account.
4. Click Send email to proceed.
5. You will see a confirmation message such as Check your inbox. A password reset email will be sent to you.

Note: For security purposes, the password reset link is only valid for a limited time (as indicated in the email). If it expires, repeat the steps above to request a new link.
